1. Digital Software Licenses
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all software license purchases (Software Only plan and the software component of any bundle). If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of your original purchase date, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
Conditions for Software Refund
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- You must provide your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Upon approval, your license key will be deactivated and you must uninstall the software.
- Refunds for software purchased through a third-party reseller must be handled directly with that reseller.
After 30 Days
Refunds for software licenses requested after the 30-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are generally not approved unless there is a verified technical defect that our support team was unable to resolve.
2. Hardware Products (Bundles with Physical Sensors)
Plans that include a physical colorimeter or hardware sensor (e.g., X-Rite i1Display Pro OEM included in the Pro Bundle or Studio Bundle) are subject to the following return policy for the hardware component:
Return Window
Physical hardware items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Conditions for Hardware Return
- The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
- All included accessories, documentation, and components must be returned.
- The item must show no signs of physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Hardware
- Hardware returned after the 30-day window.
- Items that are physically damaged due to user mishandling.
- Items missing original packaging or accessories.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Defective Products
If you receive a defective hardware item or encounter a critical software bug that renders the product unusable, please contact our support team at Info@qubyx.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will:
- Work to resolve the issue through our technical support team, or
- Provide a replacement item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund if the defect cannot be resolved.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Software licenses where the 30-day window has expired without a reported technical issue.
- Purchases made in bad faith (e.g., repeated purchase and refund cycles).
- Any promotional, discounted, or bundle add-on items explicitly marked as non-refundable at time of purchase.

- Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
